The Orion E 500 has the impressive ability to punch a stack of up to 30 sheets in one punching operation. The punching unit is electrically powered and can be operated using the foot pedal that is part of the package. This punching die in the E 500 electric binding equipment also has the facility to be able to punch virtually any paper size within its 12” punching length. The 21 releasable dies in the set can be used to disengage parts of the punching die, so odd paper sizes can be punched with accuracy and no incomplete ends. To further aid in the punching process, Orion E 500 also has adjustable punch depth and adjustable edge guides that can be used to finely align the documents along the punching line.
