The Formax AutoSeal FD 2054 tabletop pressure sealer is the ultimate solution for processing huge workload consisting of pressure sensitive one-piece mailers. It is an automated and noise-free means of processing forms up to 17” in length but the settings can also be adjusted flexibly for 11”, 14” and 17” forms. With its 5 pre-programmed standard folds and a storage capacity for up to 35 custom fold settings, AutoSeal P2054 facilitates its users with quick settings for the recurring pressure sealing tasks.

The FD 2054 is fast enough to process up to 16,450 mail pieces per hour. There is a drop-in three-roller feed system available that smoothens the feeding of forms without any sort of fanning. The highlight of this product is its integrated telescoping conveyor with automated nip roller positions. It can be adjusted between 14” (356mm) and 36” (915mm) in length and has space for up to 500 folded pieces.

This product comes in two different forms i.e., Formax AutoSeal FD 2054 and Formax AutoSeal P2054.
